APTERP (Application Process Technology) an Enterprise Resource Planning Software Product Development and Service oriented Company, We are looking the following candidates who are truly interested to work with us on long term basis. We are looking for candidates who are having good hands-on experience, self disciplined, passionate and creative.

1) Sales/Business Executives: ERP Software

1. Ability to Manage all sales and business challenge, ability to convince business process, challenges facing and customer objectives.
2. Need to manage the top level executives ( SME, MME and Corporate).
3. Self disciplined, Systematic on work and daily routine. Must be trustworthy and having good will power in
all dealing.
4. Straight forward, confident and trustworthy.
5. Good command in English, Hindi ( Added advantage knowledge in Arabic, French) with strong written skills in English.
6. Ability to Meet Targets and timeline output.
7. Graduate in any discipline. Management degree or self made track record and personality.
8. Passionate, dynamic and Positive attitude. Closely work with all the team.
9. Ability to manage multiple accounts, with fast decision making.
10. Proven track record and ability to achieve goals.

2) Software Developer/Engineer : Product Development

1. Graduate in engineering, science or mathematics. Creative, Passionate in product development and fast learning.
2. Follow product development methodologies in systematic way, hard working and result oriented.
3. Ability to deliver schedules in time, strong analytical skill as a Team player.
4. Strong knowledge in Borland Delphi, JAVA J2EE and sound knowledge in Databases ( MS SQL, Oracle and My SQL).
5. Product Consultation and management to handle any customer requirements under supervision.
6. Self learning, trustworthy and keep integrity always.
7. High quality on development and customer dealing and long time goals.
8. Confident and research oriented.
9. Knowledge in ERP business process and best practices.
10. Self Disciplined, flexible and highly cooperative.

3) Project Consultant: Technical and Functional

1. Sound Knowledge in ERP business Process, Functions, Challenges and Best practices.
2. Patiently Understanding to convert the customer requirements and objectives in time line.
3. Self Disciplined, sensible and professional dealings. Closely work with Product and Sales/Business team.
4. Treat customer with high dignity and attain respect, simple transition and delivery to set business goals.
5. Add consultation revenue from the customer as add on services.
6. Background in Engineering, Finance and Management level.
7. Sound Knowledge in Software, Hardware and networking.
8. Ability to manage the top customer representatives and department heads.
9. Hardworking, disciplined and time managed.
10. Ability to handle all challenges with respect and show patience and perseverance’s to achieve goals.

4) Marketing/HR/Admin: Officer

1. Create/Add new business leads using marketing database and arrange meeting.
2. Manage office with discipline, maintain infrastructure and resources with the help of team.
3. Update Finance and Leaves, process Payroll and implement HR policies for the company.
4. Create Software support contract and new proposals for the customer.
5. Closely work with Management, Product and Sales/Business team.
6. Engineering or Masters in Engineering, HR, Finance or Marketing.
7. Knowledge in ERP Software, Hardware and networking.
8. Ability to communicate the top customer representatives and department heads.
9. Dynamic, smart and Intelligent. Good communicator and negotiator.
10. Ability to handle all challenges with patience and respect.
